What does an order status of "Processing" mean?

If your order has the ‘Processing’ status it means we have received your payment and your order is confirmed.

What if my address has changed between pre-order and shipping?

The address can only be changed before payment is made. Please email us at [email protected] and we will modify your order.

What plug adaptor will my Pro1 ship with?

The Pro1 phone will be shipped with our global adaptor that fits UK, Europe and USA plugs.

What returns policy do you have?

All products ordered online from our website have the right to cancel within 14 days of your order being delivered. Products must be returned in their original condition with all packaging, accessories and manuals. Customers will be responsible for any shipping costs in returning goods, unless they are proven to be faulty. Please contact us [email protected] if you wish to return your device.

How long is the warranty for the Pro1?

The Pro1 comes with a 1 year warranty on the device, which covers any manufacturing defects. Devices that have been physically modified will not be covered by the warranty. Accessories come with a 1 year warranty that cover manufacturing defects. For a device to be covered by warranty, it must be running Android OS. F(x)tec cannot be responsible for any issues which arise from installing alternative operating systems.

My Pro1 has developed a fault, who do I contact?

To be sure there is a fault, you can always head over to our F(x)tec forums where our community can provide advice. If your device has developed a fault please go through our repair portal, and you’ll be guided to send your device to one of our repair centres in Europe or USA

When will you support other keyboard layouts?

At launch we will provide QWERTY and QWERTZ keyboard variants, other variants will be considered based on market demand.

Does the Pro1 have a removable battery?

The Pro1 does not have a user-removable battery. It has a replaceable battery through our official customer service.

Do you support other operating systems?

We are working with Sailfish and Lineage communities for the Pro1 to be supported by these. Please head over to our forums to find out more: https://community.fxtec.com
